The Indian High Commissioner to Nigeria His Excellency,  Balasubramamian received in audience a team from the Bureau of Public Service Reforms led by the Director-General, Dr. D.I Arabi.  The meeting, discussed among other things bilateral issues of mutual importance including cooperation for reforms in Public Service in Nigeria.
