REFORM FOR STABILITY AND GROWTH
It gives me pleasure to welcome you all to this first Ministerial Retreat following the swearing in of all confirmed Ministers.

Let me congratulate each and every one of you once again for scaling through the Senate review of your appointment which indeed is a necessary hurdle in the process of democratic governance. I salute and welcome you to the Executive Team that has the constitutional responsibility for piloting the national affairs for the next four years.
